Pulsaire LLC provides automation design, implementation, and maintenance services for service businesses. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate written agreement.
Setup fees are due prior to build commencement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on a calendar-month basis. Failure to pay within 15 days of due date may result in suspension of maintenance services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and API credentials with third-party platforms (Make.com, Twilio, Jobber, QuickBooks, etc.) required for their automation systems to function. Pulsaire LLC is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platform outages or credential lapses.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the automation workflows built on their behalf. Pulsaire LLC retains no proprietary claim to workflows after delivery.
Pulsaire LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be resolved in Ohio courts.
