How long does the build take?

Ignite builds typically take 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to live system. Accelerate is 2–4 weeks. Dominate depends on scope — usually 4–6 weeks. We set a clear timeline in writing before we start.

Is SMS messaging compliant with TCPA?

Yes. Every SMS workflow we build includes proper opt-in acknowledgment, opt-out handling, and compliant message content. We don't cut corners on compliance — it's baked into the design, not added as an afterthought.

Can I start with Ignite and upgrade later?

Yes. We design Ignite systems with upgrade paths in mind. Moving to Accelerate means extending the system — not rebuilding it. You pay the setup difference, not the full Accelerate setup fee.

What happens if something breaks?
